The mirror job was hanging because Git asked for a username and password for gitenterprise.xilinx.com and nothing answered. The personal access token was only attached as an HTTP header, which Git does not use for that prompt.
This change sends the username x-access-token and the MLDEBUG_ENTERPRISE_TOKEN secret together on the clone and the push. For only these two commands, it ignores any saved login on the runner. If the token is rejected, the job fails immediately instead of waiting.
