feat: add message status tracking support - #97

Add optional delivery-status tracking to the Send Message endpoint via `?status=true`, and a new MessageStatus endpoint to query it. - Generate and register a UUID status_id with the WickrIO engine for 1-to-1 and room messages - Reject status tracking when combined with attachments (400) - Add GET MessageStatus/:status_id endpoint (V1/V2) - Add tests and mocks for new behavior - Document new endpoints and flow in README
