Summary

• Add Echo-Memory (arXiv:2606.09803) to Community Works.
• Builds on Wan2.1-T2V-1.3B (listed here because this README also collects Wan2.1 community work): Context, Compression, Spatial, and State-Space when the camera leaves and later returns.
