WOFOST 8.1 with SNOMIN follows the protocol through phenology, biomass, nitrogen, yield and protein, and the SNOMIN example now loads its crop files from main.

PCSE passed the daily mean into TMPFTB and corrected that on its develop branch. WOFOST 7.2 already used the daytime temperature for both response tables.
The table and figure compare the Arminda default with the parameters after the group fits and after the weighted refit, on the site-years those parameters were fitted to.
Released PCSE 8.1 still evaluates the WOFOST 8.1 temperature response at the daily mean. Season comparisons use the daytime temperature until the installed package does.
Colab was opening the notebook and running the import cell with no PCSE installed. The install now happens in that same cell, from this branch.
The notebook now shows a simulated-versus-observed figure for each parameter set, and records why the major parameters were chosen.
The notebook now separates the protocol from the WOFOST adaptations, and the stored search records that the protein translocation candidates stay at the Arminda defaults.
The short run is replaced by the completed ordinary-least-squares rounds. Adam's protein search was cut off during NRESIDST, and the weighted refits are recorded only as far as they had finished.
… search.

In-season curves are read from a stored file when the parameters match.
