…e; add first curated run README.md now covers the run set's file structure and how to add a new scenario, edit SE data, edit the master network (LN/FT fields), and edit transit, all pulled from the inline notes already in run_set.yaml and the scenario YAML. Renamed scenario lusw00 -> lusw-base for clarity and added the curated outputs + metadata from its first successful run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
