A way for users to define how old categories must be to be selected in their vote queue (e.g. at least 1 month causing games released 3 weeks earlier to be hidden)
This filter may be a bit complicated to implement, we either have to fetch the publish date of categories from IGDB and use that to decide, or alternatively use the creation time on our database (basically "first seen") to decide, both have ups and downs.
