Homepage: one door in the hero, quiet rail

The first screen offered nine choices: three tabs, two hero buttons, three rail boxes, and a Get started link inside the steps. This cuts it to one door.

• Hero: no tabs. One Start on Cloud button, a ghost Copy setup prompt beside it, and a fine-print link down to Run it for desktop, CLI, and self-hosted.
• Rail: the Get started, star, and YC boxes become two quiet text lines under the nav. They hide on mobile as before.
• The intro steps and the copy button are now components. Dead tab CSS is removed.

Checked on desktop, mobile, and dark mode with screenshots from the dev server.
