Reworks the marketing homepage as a document with a sidebar.

  • Sticky left rail with primary links, Get started, GitHub stars, YC badge, a numbered on-page index with scroll-spy, and a contact block.
  • Document-style body: one headline, Cloud / Desktop / Self-hosted tabs, then What we think, Context, Safety, Run it, Pricing, Writing, About.
  • Both demos kept as numbered figures.
  • Markdown routes for agents: /index.md, /setup-prompt.md, /pricing.md. The setup prompt moves to a shared module. These paths still need adding to the cloud worker's marketing allow-list before they resolve on executor.sh.
  • Cloudflare self-host docs removed; Docker is the only self-host path.

Not done yet: the rail's collapse below 1024px wraps badly and needs a pass.
