Add BFA support and IFA issuance and inflation
Adds BFA and IFA support to the HTTP API while preserving external PSBT signing.

  • Enable BFA through bfa_enabled = true and eth_rpc_url. Validate the configuration at startup and pass the EVM RPC to rgb-lib for consignment validation.
  • Enable IFA automatically on every network except mainnet.
  • Add /wallet/issueassetifa for issuance with optional inflation rights.
  • Add /wallet/inflatebegin and /wallet/inflateend for additional issuance using the wallet’s inflation rights.
  • Add /wallet/burnbegin and /wallet/burnend for BFA and IFA burns. BFA requires a hex-encoded, 32-byte burn_recipient.
  • Add /wallet/getconsignment to retrieve send and burn consignments by asset ID and transaction ID.
  • Pin rgb-lib to v0.3.0-beta.43-bfa, include its required RGB crate patches, and update error mappings, Swagger, README and changelog.

Compatibility

  • /wallet/sendbegin now requires expiration_timestamp from the recipient invoice; use the earliest expiration for a batch.
  • /wallet/blindreceive always creates expiring invoices. A null duration uses the default of one hour.
  • Response models include the BFA asset group and updated transfer, assignment and UTXO fields.
  • Library behavior is delegated directly to rgb-lib. Known issues involving repeated completion, mismatched completion methods and recipient-total overflow remain unresolved in the pinned library.

Enable IFA on non-mainnet networks and expose issueassetifa,
inflatebegin and inflateend with external PSBT signing.
Update API models, Swagger and endpoint documentation.

Delegate library behavior directly to rgb-lib and remove the API-side
recipient-overflow and panic-recovery workarounds.

Validation: 14 workspace tests, fmt, Clippy, Swagger checks and
25 standard NIA/BFA/IFA E2E checkpoints. Known rgb-lib regression
probes remain separate and are not claimed as passing.
