Pins frontend at b5364aa, the merge of frontend #91 (NEH-230: drag-to-pan and 1:1 in the spread viewer and the inspection modal; filename labels moved below the page). Backend unchanged at 7f5aa0d. Gates on the frontend tip: 162 tests, svelte-check 0 errors.
