feat: wallet status badge resilience, network pill, polling, and detection retry

Summary

• Add checking state and catch handler to WalletStatusBadge to eliminate unavailable flash and handle rejections
• Display connected wallet network pill in FreighterConnect and show warning banner on /contracts/[id] for network mismatch
• Poll wallet account and network on window focus and visibility change
• Replace intrusive tab opening with inline install link and retry detection button
