Summary

• Replace ShellNavigationService IServiceProvider page resolution with an injected page factory.
• Register the transient MyAccountAddressesPage factory in the UI composition root.
• Preserve transient page creation and existing navigation behavior.

• Application compilation emitted the Windows target DLL.
• Full packaging was not completed because the MAUI packaging step stalled; a compile-only retry was blocked by Windows SDK access permissions.
