This branch trims down Codacy findings by removing dead code paths, tightening a few async signatures, and reducing repeated literals/allocations across the UI and test helpers.\n\nVerification:\n- dotnet build EstateManagementUI.sln\n- dotnet test EstateManagementUI.BlazorServer.Tests/EstateManagementUI.BlazorServer.Tests.csproj --no-build\n\nNote: the IntegrationTests project in this repo is configured for VSTest while the solution is using Microsoft.Testing.Platform, so I did not include that test run in the PR verification.
