Polish conversations and standardize sidebar navigation

Summary

Align shared browser conversations with the approved visual references and standardize Harness child navigation.

Included increments

• Quieter message bubbles, lightweight execution disclosures, message copy controls, and composer focus repair.
• Shared SidebarChildRow geometry, selection and focus for Studio and Sessions; consistent desktop density with touch sizing preserved.
• Approved Layers Studio icon, fuller Quant/chart and Prediction/radar icons, and restrained Inbox unread styling.
• Repair Demo paused Session resume responses and state; validate malformed successful API responses.
• Incorporate current dev without rewriting branch history.

Verification

• pnpm test:owner:ui: 298 files / 1809 tests passed on the reconciled head.
• pnpm -F open-alice-ui exec tsc -b: passed.
• git diff --check: passed.
• Browser port 5175: verified shared navigation geometry, current icon combination, paused Demo Session resume into terminal preview, and rendered Web conversation after dev integration.
• Earlier visual acceptance covered light/dark conversation styling, expanded activity, local Markdown table scrolling and 390px layout.

Boundary touch

UI presentation, API response validation and in-memory Demo behavior only. No backend runtime, trading, credentials, persistence or packaging changes relative to dev.

Non-goals and residual verification

No live model call or new Electron package smoke; Demo replies are explicitly simulated. Existing backend Web adapter changes are inherited from dev, not introduced here.

Maintainer explicitly accepted the visual iteration and requested immediate merge to dev.
