Update Web UI to modern look with simplified management.

…nd PM2 5.x+. Replaced legacy axon RPC with PM2 programmatic API, modernized UI with Pug and vanilla JS, and upgraded Socket.IO to v4. Enhanced features include a responsive dark-theme web UI, live CPU/memory charts, and configurable session secrets. Fixed various bugs and improved socket connection handling in the monitor. Updated dependencies and removed legacy Jade templates.
