The block deleted immediately above this line is still needed to satisfy node_modules/svelte-check/node_modules/fdir's optional peer picomatch@^3 || ^4; the only remaining top-level picomatch is 2.3.1, and npm ci with the inspected npm 11 toolchain fails with Missing: picomatch@ from lock file. Both web PR/CD workflows run npm ci in apps/web (.github/workflows/pr.yml:29, .github/workflows/cd.yml:37), so this lockfile can block clean installs until the nested svelte-check/node_modules/picomatch entry is restored or the lockfile is regenerated consistently.
