TL;DR: #398 filed its follow-up PRD as PRD-537. #464 landed a different PRD-537 (far hills) first, so develop now has two files with that number. This renames mine to PRD-539 and repoints every reference. No behaviour change.

  • Rename docs/PRDs/rendering/PRD-537-low-resolution-temporal-reconstruction-quality-and-cost.md to PRD-539-…, with a numbering note in its header.
  • Repoint PRD-455 (done), PRD-384, the machinefall RUNBOOK row A8, and the temporal CI comment in integration.yml.
  • The far-hills PRD-537 and PRD-538 are untouched.

Evidence: pnpm check:docs (2,543 links), and check-doc-links, evidence-citations, sync-agent-docs, ci-structure, ci-needs specs all pass (235 tests).

Follows #398 (merged as f1040a1cf).

#398 filed it as PRD-537 while #464 landed a different PRD-537 (far hills) first.
Rename the file and repoint PRD-455, PRD-384, the machinefall RUNBOOK and the
temporal CI comment. No behaviour change.
