docs: visual-quality execution batch — 15 new PRDs + existing work index - #391

Add 15 bounded proposed PRDs and one execution index referencing 10 existing canonical owners. Preserve existing files, completed evidence, and implementation PR ownership. Correct prior audit assumptions about merged rain/snow and open-world work, upstream rendering primitives, and runtime-vs-target decoder capabilities. Add the reported native bloom regression as a reproduce-first correctness item. Verification: 18 Markdown files checked for local links, balanced fences, placeholders, phase/checkbox/proof structure; all 18 uploaded blob hashes and ZIP contents match the local documents. New implementation boxes remain unticked. Not run: repository pnpm prose lane or runtime gates; full checkout/dependencies unavailable in this environment. No product code changed.

docs/PRDs/batch-2026-10-01-visual-quality/.VQ-01–VQ-15), each PROPOSED with 3 phases, 6 phase boxes and 2 acceptance boxes; every box names its proof and all implementation boxes remain unticked.README.md: corrected scope, priorities, dependency diagram and execution queue.EXISTING-PRDS.md: 10 canonical owners (269, 455, 339, 460, 456, 457, 344, 268, 341, 342), plus companion work. Existing files, evidence, completed boxes and implementation ownership are preserved rather than duplicated or moved.EXECUTE.md: agent handoff, planned fixture/test paths, browser/native proof setup, concurrency boundaries and repository gates.This is the collection's planning PR, not an umbrella implementation PR. Execution still uses one implementation PR per canonical PRD. No product/runtime code changed. No global PRD integers are allocated because the repository already has conflicting 473 IDs.
Corrections to the earlier audit
PRs #375 and #382 are merged; keep their completed open-world/rain/snow work. Current upstream offers lighting, volume, decal, DOF and skin primitives, but compatibility with pinned Three 0.185.1 must be verified before use. Missing integration/qualification is not missing mathematics.
The Android compressed-asset issue is scoped as an end-to-end selected-artifact/decoder capability repair, not removal of guards based only on V8's presence. The reported snow/native bloom blank-frame issue gets a reproduce-first correctness PRD. Existing motion/probe code is reused despite stale proposed documentation. Advanced GI, memory residency and transparency extensions require a demonstrated need and measured admission.
Suggested start
VQ-01 native asset capability contract and VQ-02 native output regression can proceed independently. Qualify unresolved PRD-269 motion/history cases, then execute PRD-455 temporal reconstruction, PRD-339 exposure and PRD-460 prop transitions. VQ-04 -> VQ-05 is the independent character-motion sequence; VQ-03 supplies local specular reflection.
