| [Polylane](https://polylane.com/?ref=github.onboarding-pr) is an AI production engineer: it watches deploys, telemetry, incidents, and the infrastructure this repository ships to, investigates problems as they happen, and proposes fixes as pull requests. It is connected to this repository and available to coding agents through the [Polylane MCP server](https://mcp.polylane.com/mcp). | ||

| - When a question involves production behaviour (an error, a spike, a deploy, a missing signal), query Polylane through its MCP tools before reasoning from the code alone. |
There was a problem hiding this comment.
Polylane connection setup missing
If a coding agent does not already have a Polylane MCP connection, it cannot follow this instruction using the repository guidance alone. The section provides a server link but no connection steps or fallback, so production investigations may stall in environments that are not preconfigured. This is a non-blocking documentation concern.
Note: If this suggestion doesn't match your team's coding style, reply to this and let me know. I'll remember it for next time!
Artifacts
- The authored Python check reads each Git revision's agent instructions, tracked documentation, and client configuration candidates without requiring credentials.
- Running the check against the parent revision found no Polylane instruction or configured client, establishing the comparison baseline.
- Running the same check against the PR revision found the instruction at AGENTS.md line 19 but no tracked setup guidance or configured Polylane client, supporting the finding.

@greptile-apps[bot] The change is complete. There's no The finding was valid:
That answers both parts of the "Fix" the reviewer proposed — documenting the connection step and permitting code-based investigation when the connection is unavailable — without changing the rest of the section. No other files were touched. Validation: none applicable (documentation-only change; the repo has no markdown lint target). |

ThinkEx-OSS/thinkex. This pull request wires the repository's coding agents to Polylane so they can investigate production directly, and records what Polylane sees in this codebase. The button opens the investigation behind this pull request in the Polylane console.

AGENTS.mdwith a section that points coding agents at Polylane for production questions. What Polylane sees
package.json.main.Signal coverage
The first instrumentation review graded 35 route files: 0 emit structured logs today and 35 emit no signal at all.
Polylane's follow-up pull request focuses on the routes an operator cannot see during an incident.
