The required exact-head verify check fails because the TypeScript 7.0.2 upgrade breaks tsup/rollup-plugin-dts builds in both standalone HTTP and LangGraph examples. Resolve the build compatibility and restore a passing verify run before merge.

Closing this automated major upgrade for now because the exact-head verify job fails before the examples can run: tsup 8.5.1 bundles an older rollup-plugin-dts path that crashes under TypeScript 7.0.2 while reading useCaseSensitiveFileNames. The latest published tsup is still 8.5.1, so there is no compatible in-place dependency update to apply. Reopen or replace this PR once the declaration build tool supports TypeScript 7, or handle a build-system migration in a separately scoped issue.
