Release promotion: dev → main

Promote the reviewed integration commit e58fe1dc9aabe09a2c3c02eab642bbe4eff46742 (PR #1) to the protected release branch using a merge commit.

Included

  • GitHub preview release packaging for Windows and web.
  • Signed Android internal-testing and iOS App Store Connect upload workflows, with protected main-only environments and credential checks.
  • Registered mobile identity com.sloki9637.truenavo and the approved TrueNavo icon across platforms.
  • Automatic sjungwon03-ai review requests and additive issue/PR labeling, without automatic approval or merging.

Validation and deployment boundaries

  • PR ci: configure dev/main releases and mobile store deployment #1 was approved by sjungwon03-ai on its latest commit; all five checks passed before its squash merge into dev.
  • This promotion must pass check and release-promotion and receive its own approval. An approval of PR ci: configure dev/main releases and mobile store deployment #1 does not approve this PR.
  • Current version is 0.1.0+1. STORE_DEPLOYMENT_ENABLED=false: merging this PR triggers a GitHub preview release only, not either store upload.
  • Before a store upload, confirm whether Android build 1 was already uploaded manually; an accepted or uncertain build must not be uploaded again. Increase the build number through the protected PR flow if necessary.
  • Store upload authorization is limited to Play internal testing and App Store Connect. No production rollout or App Store review submission is included.
  • The app icon is embedded in the mobile binaries; a Play listing icon is separate metadata and has not been uploaded by this workflow.
  • No real TrueNAS write tests were performed.

* ci: configure dev/main releases and mobile store deployment

* ci: allow pinned installer compiler on updated Windows runners

* ci: gate store uploads on packaging and credential preflight

* feat: apply registered mobile identity and approved TrueNavo icon

* ci: automate reviewer requests and issue PR labels
