Records the protocol and results for slow saves in BetterMind: controlled adapter measurements show a 26–36% host improvement after reducing preparation reads, while ten real embedding requests have a 161ms median and 2.6s maximum. The research separates managed Live delegation, actual SDK saves and the configured timeout path, and explicitly leaves the reported production incident unproven.
Documents the original small budget stop, cached continuation and shared $2 cap. No SDK runtime or package version changes.
