If you create an index file with Aseprite (>= 1.3.5), it sometimes uses old palette chunks.

The specs:

Aseprite v1.3.5 writes this chunk if the palette doesn't have alpha channel and contains 256 colors or less (because this chunk is smaller)

The Old Palette Chunk 0x0004 should be supported and create the existing palette objects.
