Match the editor wordmark to the public header - #19

An unlayered `font: inherit; color: inherit` rule on buttons and form controls overrode every Tailwind text and colour utility on them, so the settings selects rendered at full size and the selected light-theme button had dark text on green. Tailwind's preflight already inherits both in its base layer, so the rule now only sets touch-action. The two settings selects share one SettingsSelect with a chevron and a single focus ring, and the toolbar wordmark matches the site header. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The editor toolbar wordmark now uses the public header's 13px semibold primary text, removing the smaller muted text and wide letter spacing.
The settings dropdown and CSS cascade fixes originally included here already landed in #20. This branch now includes current main and preserves its shared SettingsSelect component and layered form-control reset. The remaining diff is one line in the editor page.
Validation on bfe39e3: web typecheck, ESLint, production build, and Vitest passed. Vitest reported 35 files passed, 236 tests passed, and 1 skipped.
The earlier Vercel preview built the web app successfully but failed during Convex deployment because that branch's preview deployment lacked CLERK_JWT_ISSUER_DOMAIN. Current main's Vercel deployment is successful.

Overview
Fixes a Tailwind v4 cascade bug where an unlayered global reset on
button,input,textarea, andselectforcedfont: inheritandcolor: inherit, so utility classes on Settings dropdowns, theme toggles, and editor buttons never applied. The reset is now in@layer base(withtouch-actionpreserved), so authored sizes, weights, and colors render again—including correct light-mode selected theme contrast on--accent.Settings Exam syntax and Autosave interval now share a
SettingsSelectwrapper (custom chevron, consistent width, hover/focus styling). The editor title-bar PseudoEditor label switches from small, spaced, muted type to13pxsemibold using--text, matching the public header.Low risk: visual/CSS only; no persistence, auth, or runtime behavior changes.
