Supersedes #18 because its fork branch could not be synchronized with the latest main using the available OAuth scope. Adds the reviewed Task 2 participant hub, direct HERCULEAN Parquet downloads, homepage navigation/status, README entry, and sitemap route.\n\nValidation after merging latest main locally:\n- npm test: 49/49 passed; GitHub Pages static export generated all 16 routes\n- prices.parquet, news.parquet, and filings.parquet downloaded successfully and were identified as Apache Parquet\n- HERCULEAN dataset card confirms CC BY 4.0
