Add JSON contracts for a normally settled play and chart-scoped history clearing. Add requests contain the operation ID/reason, party and stamina settings, score breakdown, combo, final life and six judgement totals. Replies identify the inserted/deleted records and return settled profile totals and rewards. Unknown JSON fields are rejected.
These contracts support SiriusServer #14. Merge/build the shared contract first. Documentation is English-first with a Chinese counterpart.
Validation: .NET 8/10 Release builds and a byte-exact native MasterMemory fixture round-trip passed; the matching server changes passed 59 tests with PostgreSQL integration enabled.

新增正常结算补录、限定谱面清空历史记录的 JSON 契约。补录请求包含操作号/原因、编队与体力设置、分数拆分、连击、结束生命值和六类判定数量。响应提供新增/删除记录信息、结算后的玩家汇总及奖励。未知 JSON 字段会被拒绝。
配套实现为 SiriusServer #14，请先合并并构建本共享契约。文档采用英文优先并配中文对照。
验证：.NET 8/10 Release 构建以及 MasterMemory 原生测试数据字节一致往返校验通过；配套服务端启用 PostgreSQL 集成测试后的 59 项测试通过。
