What is it?
Description of the changes in your PR
This updates the translation updates from Weblate and adds new locals to the in-app langauge chooser. Only locals with at least 5% translated strings were added. Fun fact: if you are Roman, like Julias Caesar, you can now also use NewPipe in your native language: Latina
Maintainer note
Rebasing Weblate and unlocking all components is required after merging thiis. All components are currently locked.

The APK can be found by going to the "Checks" tab below the title. On the left pane, click on "CI", scroll down to "artifacts" and click "app" to download the zip file which contains the debug APK of this PR. You can find more info and a video demonstration on this wiki page.
