…leaser-action) Folds the 3 remaining Dependabot CI bumps: actions/checkout v4 -> v7, actions/setup-go v5 -> v7, goreleaser/goreleaser-action v6 -> v7. Confirmed each v7 is genuinely the latest published release rather than trusting the PR titles. These are grouped deliberately: they are all CI-plumbing pins with no effect on shipped code, and the CLI workflow uses two of the three, so bumping them separately would mean three near-identical runs proving the same thing. The goreleaser-action `with:` block (version / args / workdir) is unchanged and still valid in v7. All four workflow files re-parse as valid YAML with their jobs intact. CI on this PR exercises checkout+setup-go+bun directly; the release job only runs on a tag, so it stays SKIPPED here — its config was already validated locally against goreleaser 2.5.0 when v0.1.0 was cut.
