This pull request introduces a complete foundation for the admin dashboard for TEDxUW 2025 ticket management. It adds authentication for admin users, a protected dashboard UI, and several backend API endpoints for ticket operations. The changes also include new dependencies and configuration updates to support the UI and backend functionality.
