fix(windows): check kit rows, events flag and version header (#105) - #107

The per-process rows hoist the label and MiB figure out of the @(...) literal, where the comma binds tighter than + and / and split one column into two. The status has no holders key: the kit now reads squatters and unprotected runs. berth events takes --format json, and its stderr stays in the report. The docs that named --json follow. Fixes #105.

Fixes #105, reported by @azrael-229.
@(...)literal. In PowerShell the comma binds tighter than+and/, so"stowaway " + $s.namesplit into two elements and shifted every column.berth status --format jsonhas noholderskey. The kit now listssquatters, plusunprotectedruns (by pid, against the driver's counter).berth events --jsonis not a flag: now--format json, with stderr kept in the report instead of a silent "returned nothing". The windows and chaos READMEs and the drain-report form named the same wrong flag and are fixed too.Proof:
berth events --format jsonchecked against a live daemon. No PowerShell on the build box: the script is not parse-checked here; the same fix was confirmed on PS 5.1 and 7.6 in the issue.
