SymC Biomedical Systems

Current research notice: 19 September 2026

This repository contains both historical SymC biomedical papers and active reconstruction programs. Historical PDFs, TeX files, and releases are retained for provenance. They do not automatically represent the current evidentiary status of the corresponding project.

Current work is governed by the SymC General Operations Manual v0.8.3 plus project-local controls.

Active oncology program: GRI v2 / capital-Chi biological architecture

The active GRI conglomerate/tool source of record is:

That branch reconciles two compatible 18 September development lineages that had diverged operationally. The reconciliation changes no scientific threshold, block definition, target, comparator, split, or outcome rule.

Current GRI posture:

• historical CV/2 remains a descriptive/proxy quantity, not biological damping;
• no universal biological scalar chi is required;
• capital Chi-bio is a block-preserving biological stability architecture, not a master score;
• static TCGA measurements do not acquire temporal meaning by interpretation;
• TCGA evidence already opened in prior development is P0-D/P0-Q evidence for the new conglomerate carrier, not untouched confirmation;
• diagnostic and predictive heads must be frozen separately;
• external validation is required before a tool claim;
• active unpublished manuscript development is private.

Historical SymC_GRIonc.tex and its PDF are retained as prior research. Where they treat CV/2 as physical damping, chi=1 as a biological optimum, or static structure as dynamical evidence, that framing is superseded by the current project-local guardrails.

Active neurophysiology program: NSD vNext

The active NSD branch is:

nsd-rebuild-gom-v0.8.0

NSD is rebuilding from native neurophysiology upward rather than treating the 2025 paper's proposed state space as already validated.

Current state includes:

• label-blind structural Engine qualification;
• audited public EEG provenance/hierarchy;
• a 42-subject / 84-recording repeat-session qualification population;
• the first descriptive Atlas P0-D reference artifact;
• explicit refusal of whole-brain chi;
• explicit separation of descriptive spectral structure from modal/dynamical inference;
• direct AR(2) real-EEG modal inference refused;
• latent-oscillator covariance fit retained only as a known-truth baseline after adversarial model-adequacy failure;
• proper A0/A1/A2 state-space model competition under continued P0-Q qualification;
• real-EEG modal damping/local chi still disabled;
• clinical diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment guidance still disabled.

The active unpublished NSD manuscript has been moved to the private working workspace. Public manuscript paths are status/provenance stubs only.

Historical biomedical work

The repository also preserves earlier oncology, viral-control, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's/dementia, pain, addiction, and psychiatric-stability work.

These artifacts are part of the research record, not automatic current evidence. Each domain must earn current interpretation under native observables, current provenance, current comparators, and its own promotion path.

Scientific posture

Across biomedical projects:

• GOM v0.8.3 makes the joint meaning of any licensed local/modal chi and the broader system Chi architecture an explicit research target;

• perturbation/recovery is a separately defined evidence layer, and stability is not defined as recovery;

• native biological/neurophysiological science comes first;

• a statistical ratio is not promoted to physical damping by notation;

• cross-sectional order is not time;

• scalar, modal/vector, and conglomerate/system descriptions may disagree;

• refusal/nonidentifiability is valid;

• Function Map and Limit Map are coequal;

• local dynamical identity is distinct from embedded realized behavior;

• prediction requires temporally valid endpoints and untouched/independent evidence appropriate to the stage;

• a paper is downstream of the evidence path rather than the authority that defines it.

Repository organization

• main is the public landing/history branch.
• gri-conglomerate-v1-integration-20260921 is the current GRI conglomerate/tool development source of record.
• nsd-rebuild-gom-v0.8.0 is the current NSD rebuild source of record.
• Large source datasets may remain outside Git history when their exact identities, hashes, acquisition paths, and regeneration rules are preserved.

For present-tense claims, use the active branch's current status/result artifacts and live GitHub Actions state rather than an old PDF or older branch README.
