Releases TestForge v1.1.5 with the corrected product-defect boundary: classify first; product defects and missing invariants end the current cycle and return upstream; repaired products enter a new frozen-candidate cycle. Synchronizes canonical/plugin/Claude distributions and retains the v1.1.4 OpenAI submission as historical custody. Validation: 22 repository tests, 11 package tests, and the portable release verifier passed with zero findings.
