Adds a Utilities screen for generating local demo data.

Scope:

• New Utilities page in the shell
• Inputs for session count and week span
• Demo data seeder that creates clubs when the bag is empty and reuses existing clubs otherwise
• Seeds practice sessions and shots across the requested period
• Refreshes loaded screens after seeding

Verification:
