Implements the first dashboard slice for issue #10.

Scope:

  • Adds dashboard projection models and a DuckDB projection query
  • Introduces a dashboard view-model with metric cards and recent sessions
  • Wires the dashboard into the shell and adds a dedicated WPF view
  • Covers the new behavior with unit and integration tests

Verification:

  • dotnet test tests/CarryIQ.UnitTests/CarryIQ.UnitTests.csproj -v minimal
  • dotnet test tests/CarryIQ.IntegrationTests/CarryIQ.IntegrationTests.csproj -v minimal
  • dotnet build CarryIQ.sln -c Debug -v minimal
