test(e2e): add Playwright smoke tests for public pages (#41)

Summary

Closes #41

Adds Playwright browser-level smoke tests for public pages and integrates them into the CI pipeline:

• / renders the hero section (heading and CTA buttons) and FAQ section (question click expands answer)
• Navbar collapses into mobile menu at 390px viewport width, hiding desktop links and expanding the mobile menu on click
• /login and /register submit mocked API failures (POST /auth/login 401 and POST /auth/register 400) and display error messages in FormError
• Unauthenticated visit to /dashboard redirects to /login
• Integrated Playwright Chromium install and npm run test:e2e into .github/workflows/ci.yml after npm run build
• Resolved pre-existing syntax errors in src/app/my-tickets/page.tsx, type error in src/lib/api-timeout.test.ts, and removed stray src/pages/EventFix.tsx so build and checks pass cleanly

Testing

• npx eslint . passes
• npx tsc --noEmit passes
• npm run build succeeds
• Manually tested the affected page(s) in a browser
• npm run test:e2e passes
• npm test passes
