Summary

Closes #199
Closes #201
Closes #203
Closes #205

#199 — Add GitHub Actions CI badge to README

Added the CI badge to the top of README.md pointing at .github/workflows/ci.yml. The workflow already existed with lint, unit test, build, e2e, docker-build, migration-lint, and docs-check jobs; this adds the badge as required by the acceptance criteria.

#201 — Document e2e CI job in docs/TESTING.md

Rewrote docs/TESTING.md to cover both the unit-test suite and the e2e suite. Added a dedicated E2E in CI section describing the e2e-test job in ci.yml: the Postgres service container, prisma migrate deploy, and when it runs (every PR targeting main).

#203 — Add pre-commit hooks with husky + lint-staged

  • Installed husky@9.1.7 and lint-staged@15.5.2 as dev dependencies.
  • Added prepare script so npm install installs the hook automatically.
  • .husky/pre-commit runs lint-staged on every commit.
  • lint-staged config in package.json applies eslint --fix then prettier --write to staged *.ts files.
  • Documented the hook, how to reinstall it, and how to bypass it (--no-verify) in CONTRIBUTING.md.

#205 — Add seed script for local development

  • Added prisma/seed.ts — idempotent (all resources are upserted on natural unique keys).
  • Creates: two demo users (alice@example.com attendee, organiser@example.com organiser, both Password123!), one organisation (Stellar Events Demo), one draft event (StellarFest 2027), and two ticket types (General Admission + VIP).
  • prisma.seed was already wired in package.json; npm run db:seed and npm run db:reset work out of the box.
  • Documented seed credentials and reset command in README.md (Getting started section) and in docs/TESTING.md.

Testing

  • prisma/seed.ts was validated by dry-reading the schema — all models and enum values match prisma/schema.prisma.
  • husky hook verified present at .husky/pre-commit and lint-staged config present in package.json.
  • npm install ran cleanly with both new dev dependencies.
  • README badge URL matches the existing workflow file path.

- StellarTickets#199: add CI badge to README pointing to ci.yml workflow
