test: controller specs and auth e2e suite (#218, #219, #220, #221)

Summary

• Add unit tests for EventsController #218 EventsController: spec now covers all 10 routes (public + JWT-guarded), cache headers, DTO validation and error propagation.
• Add unit tests for TicketsController #219 TicketsController: new spec covering all 26 routes: auth, params (incl. malformed by-chain id → 404), DTO validation, ScanRateLimitGuard on verify, IdempotencyInterceptor on every build-tx route, and error propagation.
• Add unit tests for OrganizationsController and UsersController #220 OrganizationsController and UsersController: new specs with mocked services, happy and error paths.
• Add e2e tests for the auth flow #221 New test/auth.e2e-spec.ts: register, login and GET /users/me against a real database using the real JwtAuthGuard. Accounts use a per-run email domain and are deleted in afterAll.

Controller specs share test/helpers/controller-app.ts, which boots one controller over HTTP with a mocked service, the app's ValidationPipe settings and a fake JWT guard.

Test evidence

• npx jest: 67 suites, 538 tests pass.
• Controller coverage for the four controllers: 100% statements, functions and lines (branch % is decorator metadata).
• jest --config test/jest-e2e.json test/auth against Postgres 16: 13/13 pass.
• New files pass eslint and prettier.

Notes

• StellarService is overridden in the auth e2e (same as events.e2e-spec.ts); auth never touches the chain.
• package-lock.json is out of sync with package.json on main (npm ci fails), unrelated to this PR and left untouched.
• CHANGELOG updated.
