test(frontend): add test coverage for admin pages (#1320)

This pull request adds complete unit and integration test coverage for six previously untested admin pages in frontend/src/pages/admin/.

Added Test Suites

1. AdminImpersonationSafeguards.test.tsx

   • Role-based admin API token authorization handling.
   • Active impersonation banner rendering and session lifecycle (initiation & termination).
   • Fetching and inspecting session request audit logs.

2. AllowlistManagement.test.tsx

   • Rendering active contract allowlist entries.
   • Tab switching between current allowlist and pending change requests.
   • Submitting new change requests and reviewing pending approvals.

3. SignedRequestVerification.test.tsx

   • Rendering HMAC request signing credentials and status.
   • Issuing new signing key modal workflow.
   • Executing signature computation and verification sandbox calculations.

4. ParseQuarantineQueue.test.tsx

   • Quarantine queue statistics and record list rendering.
   • Enqueueing failed ingestion payload records.
   • Retrying and resolving quarantine queue items.

5. SecurityEventCorrelation.test.tsx

   • Correlation views summary cards and active alert lists.
   • Filtering rules by search terms, severity, and status.
   • Creating custom security event correlation rules.

6. WebhookIpAllowlist.test.tsx

   • Inbound and outbound IP/CIDR allowlist rule display.
   • Adding new IP allowlist rules.
   • Interactive IP access evaluation simulator.

Verification

• Ran npx vitest run src/pages/admin/*.test.tsx.
• All 18 tests across 6 test suites passed cleanly with 100% success rate.
