also add a JWT_SECRET to .env

open terminal change working directory to backend

start backend by typing node index.js

listening to backend on localhost:3000

open another terminal window and change working directory to frontend

start frontend by typing npm run dev

listening to frontend on localhost:5173
-
head to localhost:5173/signup to create an account
