Init no longer walks up to an ancestor .agent-brain (including ~/.agent-brain). UDS long-path fallback uses a 0o700 per-user dir instead of /tmp. The code extractor emits Class/Function/Method nodes and walks AST for classes, methods, and calls. CLI unwraps ExceptionGroup so MCP errors surface, and status.total_documents comes from the persisted manifest. Relative graphrag.index_path resolves against the project root instead of nesting a second state dir. Closes #251 Closes #252 Closes #253 Closes #254 Closes #255
