Azure DB for PostgreSQL Flexible Server (enable vector via azure.extensions allowlist, Managed Identity auth), Azure Key Vault backend, single-instance Container Apps (min=max=1), App Gateway+Entra/APIM identity-aware edge (MCP server retains per-tool authz + audit), Azure Monitor→SIEM. Ships a deploying-agent-brain-azure skill. Prereq: GCP phases 1–5.
