feat(activity): mirror the tier purchase transaction types - #63

The admin activity view reads the same `ActivityType` the accounts service writes, and a type missing from this map renders as a bare slug with no direction or category. Adds the two a rewards v3 tier purchase writes, plus their entries in the type filter so a support question about a membership charge can be answered without scrolling the whole feed.
