Design General Frame

Acceptance Criteria:

• Frame should be easy to work on
• Frame should have locations for mounting camera, lights, thrusters, enclosure, buck converter, and arm
• Frame should be neutrally bouyant

11/05 Update: We have taken notes on previously made frames (what seems to work). We are beginning research on ROV frames and have begun sketching ideas for our frame.
