• Increased unit test coverage of a 30K LOC Spring Boot service from 50% → 80%
• Implemented custom health indicators, OpenTelemetry metrics, and production monitoring
• Led a zero-downtime KEDA upgrade
• Solved production networking, WebSocket security, and Kubernetes infrastructure issues
