Summary

• File a Ready CIP-0007 backlog task to close #1214 by syncing GPy/util/data_resources.json with pods 0.1.19 / datasets_mirror.
• Supersede the 2026-10-11 stub (soft-fail or fix links) now that the remaining work is a JSON host swap.

This PR does not change download URLs; it records the close-out plan. Does not close #1214.

• Confirm the new task is listed under Documentation / Ready in backlog/index.md
• Confirm the 2026-10-11 stub is marked Superseded and points at the new task
