@SecondSkoll, the new documentation is comprehensive and clearly explains the configuration and preflight safety model. One rollout-stage statement conflicts with the release-command guide and should be corrected for accuracy.

validate_only does resolve the selected bundle; docs/running_commands.md explicitly describes it as resolving configuration while skipping execution. Please remove the claim that bundle content is not resolved, otherwise users may misunderstand what validation covers.
