feat(site): the OpenSSF Best Practices badge in the footer - #23

Kotiko holds the OpenSSF silver badge (entry 15259). Every page of kotiko.org now shows it in the footer, linked to the entry. The site promises it loads nothing from other hosts, so the badge is drawn in CSS from one value in src/config.ts (openssf.level) instead of the live image the README uses; change that value when the level changes. The link's accessible name is "OpenSSF Best Practices: silver"; the first version ran the two words together, which the new test caught. What
kotiko.org now shows the OpenSSF Best Practices: Silver badge in every page's footer, linked to entry 15259.
npm run checkenforces that). The level comes from one value,openssf.levelinsite/src/config.ts; when the badge level changes, edit that line. The README keeps the live image.site/tests/badge.test.mjschecks that three pages show the configured level, link the entry, and load no badge image. Also done today, outside this PR: the GitHub repo's homepage is now https://kotiko.org (it was empty).
Checked
Site build,
npm run check("loads nothing from other hosts") andnpm test(21 + 4 new) pass. Screenshots of the footer in light and dark were checked by eye.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
