ADR-0014's amendment of 2026-10-20 (slice 141, PR #136), "the headless release has a floor of its own", is accepted by the owner. This changes two status lines and nothing else.

What it records was built and merged in #136: the headless release refuses to boot below OTP 28.5.0.8 and on any line but OTP 28, the container pin is 28.5.0.8, and the desktop keeps CVE-2026-55737's floor until its canary moves the pin.
The precedent is #125, ADR-0012's correction, which was a docs pull request touching only its ADR.
