chore(s100): the bundle identifier is com.scriptkittyos.trinity - #126

`you.app.trinity` was the generator's default. The identifier names the macOS bundle and its keychain access group, the Windows notification identity, the Linux D-Bus name and the webview's data directory (main.rs reads it at runtime), and it is frozen by the first notarized release. Nothing signed has shipped, so no install is orphaned by changing it now. Reverse DNS of scriptkittyos.com, the project's domain (SECURITY.md). Signed-off-by: Ayla Croft <aylacroft@proton.me>

The desktop bundle identifier changes from the generator default
you.app.trinitytocom.scriptkittyos.trinity(reverse DNS of the project's domain,SECURITY.md).The identifier is read at runtime for the Windows notification identity and the Linux D-Bus name (
src-tauri/src/main.rs:675,695), and names the macOS bundle, its keychain access group and the webview data directory.
