Ten rows in docs/09-standards-register.md gated their status on a slice landing. All five slices named are approved and tagged:

Nine read :unknown until NNN lands. One read not claimed; 026 is blocked on an external answer. Both statements are false as written: 026 was never blocked past 2026-09-20, when the external authority plane answered, and the answer is recorded in that slice's NOTES.

No status is changed and none is invented

The register's own rule is that a status is the owner's to set, and that a row whose status is :unknown or not claimed is not a claim. So every row keeps the status it had. What is removed is only the false part: the assertion that something has not happened which has. Each row now says the gate is gone and the decision is the owner's.

Derived rather than recalled: the tag dates from git log -1 --format=%ad per tag, the approvals from the slice table.
